E3 Officials, LLC is proud to be a free, voluntary umpire association. E3 Officials has never and will never charge an "assigning fee" or any administrative fee that takes away from an official's listed game pay.

Follow these steps to be eligible for game assignments.

1) Umpire Payment Information Form — E3 Officials

If you worked for E3 Officials in 2025, your information is already on file and you do not need to fill out the Umpire Payment Information Form again. Fill out another copy if you have changed your address or to change your preferred payment method.

2) E3 Officials will create you a profile on ASSIGNR and you'll join after receiving an email invite. If some time passes and you haven't been added to ASSIGNR, reach out to Eric John Roberts at (616) 406-5031 or umpwestern@gmail.com

3) Log in to our ASSIGNR page at https://e3officials.assignr.com/

4) Fill out a W9 directly on ASSIGNR at https://e3officials.assignr.com/ledger/w9

5) Keep your availability and blocked dates updated at https://e3officials.assignr.com/account/free_dates 

You can request open games at https://e3officials.assignr.com/games/officials/unassigned

All games assigned by E3 Officials are shown on your ASSIGNR, where officials can view contact info for partners, league pay rates, and set your available dates to receive game assignments.
